Projects Habitat House #17 & #18  12-17-06 We've got our work cut out for us this coming year...two homes in 2007! Both homes will be built in north Bismarck in a relatively new develpment called "Promise Land". Appropriately named, don't you think? We purchased one lot in September and are in the process of buying the second property. Currently, we are reviewing tons of applications from families in the Bismarck-Mandan area and will make an announcement, hopefully, before the end of this year. The idea of building the homes in the same area will be beneficial to the organization of the builds. Requirements of a recent grant awarded to this affiliate dictate both homes must be completed by December 31, 2007. It will be challenging, no doubt, but we have faith in these communities and believe we can do it.
